You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unused, and undamaged

  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


💬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at havensmartco@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief explanation of the reason for return

  3. (If applicable) Photos or videos of the item showing the issue

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and provide step-by-step instructions, including the return shipping address and label (if applicable).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure your package arrives safely.


🧾 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Need a replacement instead? No problem! If your product is defective or damaged, we can send you a replacement item at no extra cost. Contact us at support@havensmart.com to arrange an exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:
